Congratulations on your purchase of a SAN-TINA LITTLE PAWS puppy. Your puppy is of excellent quality and is sold with a guarantee as follows:
This puppy is guaranteed to be healthy and free of disease at the time of purchase.
Buyer has seventy-two hours from the time of purchase to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian. The buyer will be solely responsible for the cost of the examination.
If the veterinarian feels that this puppy is not represented as above, buyer may return the
puppy, at buyers' expense. A full refund of the purchase price will be returned to the buyer, provided there is specific written documentation from the veterinarian.

PET QUALITY PUPPIES: Pet puppies will be sold with limited registration. Limited registration means that your puppy will be registered with the AKC, however, offspring will not be eligible for registration. Health guarantee expires in seventy-two hours.
BREEDING QUALITY PUPPIES: Breeding quality puppies will be sold with full registration. Offspring can be registered with the AKC. Breeding quality puppies are guaranteed to have correct bites, no umbilical or inguinal hernias at the time of purchase. Testicles will be descended on male puppies. Luxating patella will be covered for a period of one year from the date of birth. Documentation of this condition must be provided by a licensed veterinarian, and must be determined to be genetic and not environmental. This documentation must be submitted to SAN TINA LITTLE PAWS and will be reviewed by our veterinarian. If proven genetic, puppy will be replaced with a puppy of equal quality, when one becomes available. No refunds will be given. In the event that your puppy is afflicted with the above-mentioned condition, the AKC papers must be returned to us. SAN TINA LITTLE PAWS reserves the right, at our discretion, to have the puppy returned to us.

AN ADDENDUM WILL BE PROVIDED FOR ANY EXCEPTIONS TO ABOVE GUARANTEES. THE ADDENDUM WILL BE SIGNED AND DATED BY BOTH THE BUYER AND THE SELLER.
